You keep 85% of your commissions until you hit your annual cap, then 100%. Caps range from $4,000 to $12,000 depending on your role (standard, team member, or mega team member), plus modest transaction and annual fees. The free calculator above shows your exact numbers with nothing hidden.
When an agent you sponsor closes business, REAL pays you a share out of the company's portion of that agent's cap, not out of the agent's pocket. Your agents pay the same fees whether you earn rev share or not. It scales with your network and compounds over time.
No. REAL is a publicly traded brokerage where the core business is agents selling real estate. Revenue share exists, but it is paid from the company's portion of the cap, never charged to your sponsored agents, and nobody is required to recruit anyone to succeed at REAL.
